Mixed media canvas 30 x 30 cm / 12 x 12 inch - custom order

A custom ordered birthday gift for a friend....

She choose the colors black and silver.... I took the black as far as I could while it was still looking good and not too gloomy.  Added a few red roses and choose to let the red shine thru to give it some extra color and to enhance the black and the pearl silver.

I had a great time finding the items to put on the canvas from my old TV decoder, the beach, the hardware store, yard sale and my stash:-)

Used two stencils and modeling paste to create some texture along some laces and paper.

Stamped some scripts after the final coloring and I quite liked it.
